Great food! Our local favorite for subs and pizza. Our only suggestion is to improve their fries recipe. They are a little bland... but everything else they serve that we’ve tried is delicious, served quickly, and always served with a smile. ☺️

We eat/order from here at least once a week. Love everything I've ever tried from them. Their steak and cheese subs are by far the best around. Love their club sandwiches and pizza as well. Not sure what happened with everyone that is reporting bad customer service, but we have always had great experiences and we've been going since they opened. Always very friendly.

The food is delicious but the last few deliveries have taken over an hour to get, before it was 30-40 minutes (even before the pandemic). My last order my pizza was clearly dropped or fell on its side in the delivery vehicle because all of the toppings were off on the side and stuck to the box-I was able to get a refund without arguments luckily.

Good food, but a bit pricey. Always busy, I would suggest delivery. If you get carry out, sometimes you can be stuck waiting in the store for 10 to 20 minutes because they are so busy.

Good food. Reasonable. No check given, however. You just go to the counter when you're done.

The food was delicious and our waiter was very nice! I will definitely come back to try more of the menu. I had the meatball sub and my friend got a small pizza and both were excellent.

Service and quality is VERY disappointing! Price however, is very commensurate with much better restaurants. I think we’ll look for the better restaurants. Others surely, are interested in getting and keeping customers.

Loved this place for years but seems every time they get longer and longer with the delivery. 30 mins turns into a hour and thirty minutes then your missing stuff. Just like tonight and it gets old

Ciro’s is great, and I’m glad Grottoes has them. I almost exclusively order the chicken Caesar salad or their club sandwiches because they’re so reliably delicious - but my husband tries out all sorts of things and they’re almost always amazing. I personally prefer Wood Fire Grill’s pizza, but in general Ciro’s has better food. It’s a casual place to have a beer and some down to earth food, so just don’t go in expecting fine dining. The in-house service is always good.

Food was great. Service was horrible. I struggled to place a take out order standing in front of the young man. 3 subs, an order of large fries and an order of onion rings and he tells me I only allowed to have 6 ketchup packets. He was rude from the beginning.

Ordered carryout the food was not as ordered and the staff was extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and stay away because if there is a problem with your order it will not be resolved by the rude management

Pizza tastes great. Was busy when I went in and still managed to get my pizza out in a timely manner.

Steak and cheese was great, but don't order something you might not like. They will argue with you and charge you anyway whether or not you eat it. Unfriendly owners!

Recently visited "home" and ate at the Grottoes Ciros, which was a completely different restaurant when I lived in the area. It had been about 28 years since I had Ciro's pizza at a different location. It was about what I remembered, still very good, but maybe not quite what it was when it originated? Although memories are often fonder than reality. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with our kids and their special request. Our table ordered pizza, wings and pasta - everyone was satisfied and enjoyed what they ordered.

The food tastes good. They deliver, that's cool. Prices are kinda high for the quality.

The pizza was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but if we were in the area I'd stop in again for pizza. The steak subs weren't that great honestly.

I order food from here occasionally and most of the time it’s good. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas. Sent my husband to pick them up. He used my debit card to pay. This morning I checked my account. They charged over $50. They told my husband that it would have been cheaper if I had ordered the special which had more ingredients. Not cool! Last time I will ever order food from there.
